OSM Training Camp

OSM employees from eight different countries met in Norway last week.

- We have gathered all new employees from our recruiting offices all over the world and some recently hired from our offices in Kristiansand and Arendal, says HR Coordinator Grethe Nilsen at OSM Norway.

- We worked with eCrew training, travel arrangements, medical & pension,
IRIS/non conformance, QA procedures, application of flag state endorsements, union agreements/contracts, visa and working permit for Nigeria and Brazil, OKIMF and TOTAL requirements, says Nilsen.

- We’ve been working a lot. But we have also focused on a close relationship, teamwork and teambuilding and feel that we have succeed, says Nilsen.
