Shore-based People Phils. Inc. (SPPI) signed a contract with Goltens as the sole provider of manpower from the Philippines to Goltens worldwide.

The contract with Goltens is a major step forward for SPPI as well as for Goltens in the Philippines. Goltens will have a regional representative office at OSM Maritime Services Manila and SPPI is presently recruiting senior staff on behalf of Goltens.
