Crew Management is the company’s business unit tasked with recruiting, deploying and managing seafarers, offshore workers and other crew. We have one of the industry’s largest crew supply networks, giving us unrivalled loyalty amongst our seafarers, many of which have been with us since cadetship.
The team, determines the allocation of new vessels and fleets to particular Crew Management offices, based on seafarer availability and client requirements, with the majority of fleets assigned to one of the Global Crew Management offices - Manila, Philippines & Odessa, Ukraine.
