OSM has commenced crew management of the pipe lay vessel «GSP Falcon» from Romania.
- Romania is a new interesting area and we are exited about this contract. We will continue our work to recruit more seafarers from Romania, says Deputy Managing Director Jan Fridtjof Tallaksen of OSM Crew Management.
«GSP Falcon» is a highly versatile DNV classed pipe lay vessel, 153 meters long, capable of installing rigid pipelines up to 14 inch diameter and also flexible flowlines and umbilicals. The vessel owner GSP Offshore has signed contracts for the provision of diving and tie-in services in the North Sea. «GSP Falcon» is therefore on its way from the Black Sea to the North Sea.
OSM Crew Management will be responsible of the top six on board: Master, Chief Officer, First officer/Senior DPO, First officer/DPO, Chief Engineer, 2nd Engineer and Electrician.
