In order to maintain a strong understanding of our seagoing staff members we believe it is essential to experience the lives of our crew onboard the vessels where they work. As such, we encourage onshore staff to perform vessel visits to engage with our seamen and to gain a better understanding of their work.
"This past March, our OSM Crew Management team from Cyprus, Limassol visited the M/T King Edwards vessel. The Master and crew were very appreciative to see OSM Staff onboard. The crew members were very thankful for the visit and they were very happy to sail with OSM and hear about the growth the company." Leo Beltran, Crew Manager.
Andria Charalambous, Office Administrator: "It was one of the most breathtaking experiences I’ve had. We had a chance to connect with all employees from our office as well as getting a chance to see how the crew live their lives whilst they are onboard. I really enjoyed seeing all parts of the tanker vessel and being able to increase my knowledge by learning new things. The captain was such an amazing and friendly gentlemen which is reflected upon the vessel, as well as the crew. The whole day was magical."
Constantinos Katchamis, Group Tax Manager: "The visit to the vessel King Edward gave me so many wonderful experiences that I will personally take along with me for the rest of my career. It was definitely an excellent opportunity for me to be part of this lifetime experience! I would like to thank each and every one of you who contributed to this amazing event."
Maria Aristidou, Accountant: "It was an amazing experience which I would repeat anytime I have the chance! Apart from building a good relationship with our associates, we also had some bonding time with our colleagues which is so important!"
Annita Demou, Crew Officer: "Awesome experience, good team building opportunity and most importantly we got the chance to see how things are done on board."
Ioannis Stavroulakis, Crew Officer: "As with every ship visit I get to perform, it was a fantastic experience for everyone. Looking forward to the next one."
