OSM New Build Management, as apart of OSM Maritime Group, announced today the delivery of one its latest New Build Vessel Construction projects. This past August 16th, the delivery ceremony for 59.9M AHTS, the NMS Bravery vessel, was held at the P.T Dayaradar Utama in Indonesia. The vessel achieved a bollard pull of 66 tons reaching a maximum speed of 14.5 knots.
The vessel is owned by marine services company, P.T Newport Marine Services, and will be chartered to global oil and gas major, TOTAL, in Indonesia. All three companies involved took part in the delivery celebration of the NMS Bravery.
Commenting on the project Mr. Douglas Dalli, Managing Director of OSM New Build Management said: “We are delighted to officially deliver the NMS Bravery right on schedule and are thankful for the opportunity to further expand our portfolio for these types of vessels.” Douglas continued, “As a result of our proven experience and diverse capabilities in New Build Management, we have built up a strong international clientele accumulated over the past decade of operations. Our new building department has achieved a great impetus recently and we are pushing towards operational excellence through lean management and improving efficiency at all levels. We are emphasizing on providing value added services to our customers.”
The NMS Bravery’s Sister Vessel is currently under construction at the same yard and will be delivered by end December 2015.
