Vessel Visit to the MV Vasaland
Vessel visits are very important to our teams at OSM. Learn why here!

In order to maintain a strong understanding of our seagoing staff members we believe it is essential to experience the lives of our crew onboard the vessels where they work. As such, we encourage onshore staff to perform vessel visits to engage with our seamen and to gain a better understanding of their work.

As a Crew Management company we know that the our success is made possible by our dedicated staff onboard the many vessels in which we work upon.  To ensure a strong connection with our offshore staff we encourage our onshore employees to perform numerous vessel visits.

OSM's Crew Manager, Lilia Marasigan, takes every opportunity she can to get out to the vessels within our fleet.  This past May, Lilia visited with our crew onboard the MV Vasaland at the port of Hanko, Finland.  Commenting on her visit, Lilia said: "The MV Vasaland was built in 84' and is still in such great condition, maintained by our talented team onboard.  The crew were all so welcoming and took the time to show me all the ins and outs of the vessel.  Getting to meet with our offshore teams is always a great learning experience. It's amazing to see the varying work places that OSM has to offer."
