What is the best piece of advice you have for your students: Life is a never-ending learning process - it draws from experience

Swiss born Chef, Teacher and Restaurateur who has settled in the Philippines and made his mark in the local Hospitality Industry. During his career he has worked in numerous food service establishments in Switzerland, USA and the Philippines. 

 

 

   

MARY GRACE A. ODERO

Chief Cook/Instructor 

Chef Mary Grace Odero grew up in Mindanao, Ozamis City where her family owns a restaurant and bakery business.  

She started her shipping career as a Cook Cadet with Maerskline Fasttrack Training in 2006 where she achieved the Top 5 Outstanding Student recognition award.

She currently is a licensed TESDA Assessor and Trainor in Ship’s Catering Services (NC II).

 

 

 

 

 

 

MARK ANTHONY Q. GALAND

Cheif Cook/Instructor 

Chef Mark Anthony Galang graduated from the University of St. Tomas with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. 

Mark started his career early on as a cook in fine dining restaurants in Manila and eventually became the Head Chef at Mamma Restaurant, owned and operated by Colin Mackay’s prestigious restaurant group.
